REFUND POLICY

  1. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
  2. Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

RETURN POLICY

  1. Conditions for Returns

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt.
    • Products must meet the following conditions:
      • The delivery packaging is unopened.
      • The products are damaged or incorrect.
      • The product is sealed and in its original packaging.

  2. Process for Returns

    • Notify us immediately via the Contact Us section.
    • Ship products back using a registered courier service.
    • Once the return is validated, a replacement will be sent, or a full refund will be issued.

  3. Important Notes

    • Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
    • We reserve the right to refuse returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.
