Online Perfume Orders:

  • How can I place an order online?
    You can buy perfumes online by selecting the respective category of fragrances. After adding the products to the shopping cart you can checkout by selecting a suitable payment method. For any assistance contact us at [email protected] or call us on +971 42264446.

  • How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?
    After placing an order through our online platform, we will send an acknowledgment mail as a proof of your transaction. Kindly contact us with your order number & details if you do not receive this email.

  • Can I get notified for out of stock products for purchasing again?
    Kindly mail us with the product name that you wish to purchase (which is currently out of stock). We will notify you once the product is available for delivery.

Account:

  • How do I change my account details?
    Once you sign in using your email ID & password, you can update your 'Account Information'. The same will be updated after the required verification.

  • How can I restore my password if I have forgotten the same?
    You can click on 'Forgot Password', enter your registered email id, and then you will receive the code or the link to update your password.

Shipping & Delivery:

  • Do you deliver internationally?
    Currently, we are delivering only within the UAE. For international wholesale orders, kindly send your details through our 'Trade Inquiry' page.

  • When will I receive my order?
    We make our best efforts to ensure that we ship out each item in your order within 2-4 working days of the order date. For further details kindly check our 'Delivery & Shipping Policy

  • Where are you located in UAE?  Where are your physical stores?

  • How do I track the shipment of my perfume?
    You can track your order through our delivery service. Or you can contact us with the provided contact details.

  • How much do you charge for shipping and which shipping methods do you have?

  • What will be the currency of the payment?
    The currency of the payment will be 'AED / USD' only.

  • What kind of Payment Methods do you accept?
    Our preferred payment method is via a secure Debit & Credit card transaction. We also accept Cash on delivery orders.
